Jerk Chick’n Tacos w/ Red Cabbage Slaw

This taco fusion will take you to the border while providing serious island vibes!

INGREDIENTS:

1 package of New Breed Jamaican Jerk Chick’n 

1 Tbs. oil 

For Red Cabbage Slaw:

2 cups red cabbage, shredded

1/3 cup sliced red onions

Juice of 1 Lime

1/4 tsp sea salt

2 tsp agave

1 tsp olive oil

Add all ingredients into a bowl and massage cabbage until just wilted.

For serving:

8 Corn tortillas

Sliced avocados

Chopped onions

Lime, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Prepare 1 package of New Breed Jamaican Jerk Chick’n as directed. (Heat the oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add the jerk chick’n and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. )
  • Prepare red cabbage slaw by combining all ingredients in a mixing bowl and massaging until just wilted.
  • Serve warm jerk chick’n over tortillas with red cabbage slaw, sliced avocados and chopped onions.
