Jerk Chick’n Tacos w/ Red Cabbage Slaw
Yield: 8 tacos
8 corn tortillas
INGREDIENTS
1 package New Breed Jamaican Jerk Chick'n
1 1/2 cups red cabbage, shredded
1/3 cup sliced red onions
Juice of 1 Lime
Salt, to taste
2 tsp agave
1 tsp olive oil
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 onion, chopped
2 limes, for garnish
8 corn tortillas
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prepare a package of New Breed Jamaican Jerk Chick’n as directed.
2. Prepare the Red Cabbage Slaw (below)
3. Prepare fixings: avocados, chopped onions, lime (for garnish)
4. Assemble tacos and enjoy!
Red Cabbage Slaw:
1 1/2 cups red cabbage, shredded
1/3 cup sliced red onions
Juice of 1 Lime
Salt to taste
2 tsp agave
1 tsp olive oil
